Suite Dynamic: SuiteVault_Terms & Conditions (TH)

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you”) and Suite Dynamic (“we,” “us,” or “the Platform”) regarding your use of SuiteVault, our Multi-Party Computation (MPC) wallet service (“SuiteVault” or “Service”).

By accessing or using SuiteVault, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use SuiteVault.

 

1. Eligibility and Account Registration
   1. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have full legal capacity to enter this Agreement.
   2. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering or setting up SuiteVault, and to update your information promptly as needed.
   3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials, including biometric data, passwords, and encryption keys related to SuiteVault.

    

2. Description of SuiteVault Service
   1. SuiteVault uses Multi-Party Computation technology to enhance the security of your private keys by distributing key shares across multiple parties/devices rather than storing a single key in one location.
   2. Transactions require authorization through coordinated key shares, ensuring that no single party can unilaterally access or transfer your assets.
   3. SuiteVault supports multiple blockchain assets accessible via a secure, user-friendly interface.

    

3. User Responsibilities and Security
   1. You must securely manage and protect your access credentials, devices, and backup key shares. Loss, theft, or compromise of these may lead to irreversible loss of access or assets.
   2. You agree to follow all recommended security practices, including enabling biometric authentication and performing regular backups of encrypted key shares.
   3. You are solely responsible for all transactions executed via SuiteVault. Unauthorized transactions resulting from compromised credentials or devices are your responsibility.
   4. You must immediately notify Suite Dynamic of any suspected unauthorized access or security breaches.

    

4. Fees and Charges
   1. Use of SuiteVault may be subject to service fees, transaction fees, or network fees. These will be disclosed transparently before any transaction or service is rendered.
   2. Fees may be updated periodically with prior notice to users.

    

5. Limitation of Liability and Risk Acknowledgment
   1. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature; once a transaction is authorized and processed, it cannot be undone.
   2. Suite Dynamic provides SuiteVault “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or guaranteed security from all threats.
   3. Suite Dynamic shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
      • Loss, theft, or compromise of private key shares or credentials.
      • Device malfunction or loss leading to inability to access the wallet.
      • Unauthorized transactions resulting from user negligence or third-party attacks.
      • Technical failures, including network outages, software bugs, or force majeure events.
   4. You assume all risks associated with the use of SuiteVault, including risks inherent to    cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and third-party service providers.

    

6. Data Privacy
   1. Suite Dynamic commits to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
   2. Your cryptographic key shares and transaction data are encrypted and never revealed in plain text to any third party without your explicit consent.

7. Termination and Suspension
   1. Suite Dynamic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to SuiteVault if you violate this Agreement or engage in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
   2. You may terminate your use of SuiteVault at any time by closing your wallet and withdrawing your assets, subject to any applicable transaction processing times.

    

8. Amendments to Terms
   1. Suite Dynamic may modify this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via platform notifications.
   2. Continued use of SuiteVault after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
   1. This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to Suite Dynamic’s jurisdiction.
   2. All disputes arising out of use of SuiteVault shall be resolved first through amicable negotiation, then, if unresolved, through binding arbitration or competent courts.

    

By using SuiteVault, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
