      3. You affirm that all digital assets deposited or transacted through Suite Dynamic are legally acquired and owned by you.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. You agree your account is for personal use only and will not be leased, transferred, or shared with unauthorized third parties.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from the use of the Services and any income or gains derived thereof.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. SuiteVault is a non-custodial digital asset wallet that utilizes Multi-Party Computation (MPC) technology to facilitate secure storage and transaction authorization.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. You understand that private keys are divided into encrypted shares and are never fully reconstructed or stored in a single location.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. You retain control over your digital assets and are responsible for managing access, approval thresholds, and associated devices.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Suite Dynamic does not have unilateral control over your assets and cannot recover access in the event of loss of credentials, devices, or authorization mechanisms.<\/span><\/li>\n
          5. You acknowledge that the use of blockchain technology involves risks, including but not limited to network failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, and loss of access.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          6. SuiteWallet\u00a0<\/b>\n

            1. SuiteWallet provides a platform for users to store, send, receive, and manage supported digital assets.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. You understand that transactions conducted via SuiteWallet are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.<\/span><\/li>\n
            3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and wallet access.<\/span><\/li>\n
            4. Suite Dynamic may facilitate wallet services but does not guarantee protection against losses resulting from unauthorized access, user error, or external factors.<\/span><\/li>\n
            5. You acknowledge that digital asset values are subject to market volatility and may fluctuate significantly.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

              1. On\/Off Ramp services enable the conversion of fiat currency to digital assets (\u201con-ramp\u201d) and digital assets to fiat currency (\u201coff-ramp\u201d) through integrated third-party service providers.<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. You understand that all fiat-related transactions may be processed by licensed third-party partners and are subject to their terms, conditions, and compliance requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. Processing times, fees, and exchange rates may vary depending on payment methods, jurisdictions, and third-party providers.<\/span><\/li>\n
              4. Suite Dynamic acts as an intermediary facilitating access to these services and does not directly control fiat processing or settlement timelines.<\/span><\/li>\n
              5. You agree to comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, including identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
              6. SuiteCard<\/strong>\n

                1. The Crypto Card is a prepaid payment solution that allows users to convert supported digital assets into fiat currency for spending via accepted payment networks.<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. You understand that card issuance, payment processing, and settlement are facilitated by authorized third-party partners.<\/span><\/li>\n
                3. Conversion rates, fees, and transaction limits may apply and are subject to change based on market conditions and partner requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
                4. Suite Dynamic does not control third-party card networks and is not responsible for declined transactions, processing delays, or service interruptions.<\/span><\/li>\n
                5. You agree to use the Crypto Card in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including restrictions on prohibited transactions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                6. SuiteEarn<\/b>\n

                  1. SuiteEarn provides users with access to yield opportunities through selected third-party decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. Suite Dynamic acts solely as an intermediary facilitating access to such protocols.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  2. You understand that digital assets allocated through SuiteEarn are deployed to external protocols, and any yield generated is derived from those protocols, not from Suite Dynamic.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  3. Returns are variable and dependent on the performance of underlying protocols, market conditions, and network factors.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  4. Suite Dynamic does not guarantee any returns, yields, or performance outcomes.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  5. You acknowledge that your principal is subject to risk, including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities, protocol failure, liquidity risks, and market volatility.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  6. Suite Dynamic does not engage in deposit-taking, proprietary trading, or asset management activities in relation to SuiteEarn.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  7. A service fee may be applied for facilitating access to SuiteEarn, and such fees will be disclosed where applicable.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  8. You are responsible for understanding the risks associated with participating in DeFi protocols before using SuiteEarn.<\/span><\/li>\n

                  10. Account Management and Security<\/b>\n

                    1. You must secure all credentials and API keys; Suite Dynamic is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    2. You must notify Suite Dynamic immediately if you detect or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    3. Suite Dynamic reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account in cases of suspicious or non-compliant activity.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
